random chat installation problem
Hello everyone,

I have installed red5 server using Debian package (first attempt) and using sources as described here http://www.chatroulette-clone.com/questi...d5-cpanel/

I've received working red5 server in both cases (working demos). But RVC does not work. It seems it connects the another users to chat but no video from his side. It seems the video is under advertisement message (it's looks like).

What app should i use? JabberCamApp or ChatrouletteApp for RandomVideoChat_5.6 ?

Any help is appreciated.

thanks! Vlad

can someone help to set it? I'll be happy to pay a fair amount

we did EXACTLY according to the instructions above

Are there any special setup options for JabberCamApp or database connection parameters only? What ports are used by RVC?

I'm testing the server and received this messages. Does it mean the server working correctly?

database tables OK
Testing: ...
Red5 OK: rtmp://10.0.5.5/JabberCamApp
Stratus OFF
System folder OK

i'll be able to pay for the help

RE: random chat installation problem
You can try turning off the CSF firewall (if it is on), Red5 can be tricky, this is the reason we cannot offer Red5 installation.
